Revel was founded in San Francisco in 2010, and after five years and almost ten thousand kilometers – we opened our office in Lithuania in 2015. This move is proof of the value we create worldwide.

Rita, Support Team Lead

Meet Rita - a natural energetic sparkle from the Revel office who loves baking and painting. She started her career at the Client Onboarding team in 2016 and was determined to become Team Lead. Her hard work and passion led her to success in 2018. She says that if you have a genuine wish, willpower and are ready to work - you can become who you want. "Yes, to work in a Support team is not an easy task. But if you like people, if you want to help others - you will be rewarded with lots of positive emotions. That's why I was so determined to reach for more and to become Support Team Lead - I love people. They are my energy source," - smiles Rita. By the way - she started her career here with almost no technical background. "Also here - you have the freedom to create and grow. Dominykas, Jr. Cloud Ops Engineer

Want to start every day (or, to be precise - evening) pumped with a good mood and the friendly faces around? Check Revel careers page for Lithuania. If you succeed - you might meet Dominykas. Why are we telling you about him? He climbed a career ladder fast - from Client Support Specialist - to Jr Cloud Ops Engineer in only 3 years! He is also interested in astrophysics. "I studied IT, had some part-time jobs, and learned about Revel from a friend. At that time, I had no career goals, but I knew, for sure, I was gonna work in IT. You know, good salary and constantly changing technologies. When you think about it - it's something cosmic, how all the little things make such a big impact"- chuckles Dominykas. What motivates Dominykas to go to work? Definitely, the new things you learn every day! Gedvinas, Tier 2 Support

Gedvinas joined Revel in January 2021, and while talking to him, you can feel the radiant excitement you see when a person is in his place. He was interested in human nutrition for a long time, but he decided to try the IT career path by becoming a Client Support Specialist one day. He made a quick career turn and only after 8 months was promoted to Client Support Specialist Tier 2. "I was always interested in technologies, and working here allows me to touch and work with a modern point of sale (POS) technology. When I go to the bar or restaurant, I always notice that some waiters are still using pen and paper instead of modern technologies. It's inefficient! - shouts Gedvinas. He also says - there are no similar days. "You solve problems, help a new client every day. Sometimes even their issues are similar. But the human connection, the approach is different, and you learn from it every day. Our Structure

Product Engineering

From online and mobile ordering applications and business intelligence platforms to kitchen displays, our product engineering focuses on quality, delivery efficiency, and seamless user experience.

Customer Success

The Customer Success organization helps clients integrate Revel’s products with their business and educates them about best practices for growth. This team also analyzes data and provides actionable items which continuously improve customer and employee experience.

Operations & Fulfilment

The Operations department manages the quote-to-cash process, assists our customers with post-sales activities, and supports payment processing, followed by our Fulfillment team that deploys, configures, and ships all relevant software and hardware.

IT

The IT team is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software, and networking of computers in the company. They develop the strategy for IT tools, ensure the employees have full access to the IT resources and know-how to use them.

Learning & Education

The Learning and Education team develops and delivers relevant training to new and existing Revel employees to ensure maximal team effectiveness and performance. They manage employee onboarding, new-release training programs, webinars, and more.

HR & Finance

The HR team contributes to the growth of the organization, designs and implements HR practices creating a great working environment, manages the employee life cycle, and administers employee benefits. The Finance team takes care of the company finance, budget, and payroll. It also monitors key performance indicators crucial to the success of the organization.

Product Engineering

This is where the creative magic happens. Composed of experts of their respective fields, this department is like clockwork. Passionate about Agile values, cloud-first architecture or microfrontends? We do not take passes on talent.

Engineers

Microservices, automated testing, continuous delivery, transformational leadership. These concepts are finely ingrained into our engineering culture.

DevOps

We’re firm believers of being cloud-first and use AWS for all of our infrastructure needs. CI/CD and infrastructure as code help drive our passion.

Quality

Robustness is a key aspect of establishing trust with our customers. To ensure that we use tools like Cypress, Pact, Postman, and real-time monitoring.

Data

The team - a group of professionals - provides us and our customers insights into our products and allows us to make informed business decissions.
